- As a Staff Software Engineer on the Tooling and Framework team, be ready to evolve and improve our Python and Golang codebase that underpins our Enrollment platform.
- You will help lead the team in adopting best-in-class tooling and standards to maintain an excellent developer experience.

- Senior Engineering Manager for Tooling & Framework
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Professional experience with Python and/or Golang
- Professional experience deploying to production using Kubernetes
- Experience with writing automated tests and building CI/CD pipelines (bonus if you’ve worked with CircleCI)
- Experience with working in an on-call rotation for diagnosing/troubleshooting production incidents and issues, willingness to take on-call shifts as needed
- Willingness to provide mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve these problems.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical, architecturally concise, and organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions

As one of the larger engineering groups, T&F engineers share the unique experience of working across the engineering organization to help support our multiple business lines and critical initiatives. Engineers in this team understand our business and current architecture and also ideate, design, and implement new technology solutions that improve the developer experience and productivity for all of Bestow.
